Out of all the seasons, I think I get most excited about spring. It is beautiful here in Tennessee, and after a season of soups and other warm, comforting dishes, I get so excited for bright, lemony recipes like my all-time, hands-down favorite recipe on the blog, Lemon Asparagus Risotto.
