Ingredients
Black Bean Dip
1tablespoonolive oilextra virgin
16ouncesrefried black beans
2tablespoonshot sauce
1tomatochopped
1avocadodiced
For Serving
Tortilla chips
Squeeze of lime
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Scoop out the refried black beans into the pan and stir with a spatula. Warm the beans for 2-3 minutes.
Once the beans are warm and soft, spread into a shallow and small or medium serving dish. Pour the hot sauce on top and use a spoon to spread evenly across the top. Sprinkle on the tomatoes and avocado.
Serve with freshly squeezed lime juice and tortilla chips.
